The DEM was generated using USGS LiDAR 2018 data. The 1 foot contours were generated from the DEM using the Contour geoprocessing tool with “contour interval of 1” “Base contour 0” “Z factor 3.2808” “Contour Type of Contour” and “Maximum vertices per feature of 50000”. Once the contours were generated, a smooth line tool was used with a “Smoothing Tolerance of 50”. Once the contours were smoothed, a peer review took place to create a query to remove all lines less than a 100 meter shape length. Quality control checks were performed on the contours and query to ensure accuracy and completeness. |
